Oral and gingival diseases are vital in dental patients. In prosthodontics, gums their condition is essential. Pathology (enlarged gingiva) mouth a daily finding population. It regular complaint most people. To find out the types of 500 subjects above 20 years were chosen. People have but they consider it as part parcel life. Patients to be made aware problem difficulty. high time oral cavity get its due consideration regarding gums.
